Early AM Strength
Mon/Wed 5:30am – 6:30am: with Heather Stover
RISE AND SHINE! Do you like getting up early to workout? If you don’t, but you know this is the best time for you to workout, then this class is the perfect workout opportunity for you! Join Heather as she takes you through a total body strengthening session each week with 2 different strength workouts. You will completely reshape yourself by following through with her workout plan. Come build more muscle and enhance your metabolism all before the sun is up!
Jon’s Peak Physique Development
Mon/Wed 6pm – 7pm: with Jon
Wed 6pm – 7pm: with Devon
Fri: 4:30pm – 5:30pm: with Jon
Have you been really wanting to reshape your body? This class is perfect for those who want to truly take their strength and fitness to their peak! Join Jon and Devon in this 3 times per week class series that will take you from fat to fit or dud to stud! This class is great for the intermediate and advanced trainee.
Strength Training for Runners
Mon/Wed 6:30pm – 7:00pm: with Jasmin
A 30 minute strength training class for advanced runners. We will meet two times a week to focus on strength training which will benefit your running.
Tue/Thu 5:30am – 6:30am: with Heather Stover
Short Circuit is a challenging and fun variety of cardio and strength circuits designed to help you burn fat and enhance muscle growth. This class is perfect for intermediate exercisers who want to take their beginners’ workout to the next level and is a perfect match for Weight Loss Challenge graduates as well as returning athletes.
Chloe’s Sculpt & Strength
Tue/Thur 8am – 9am: with Chloe
Chloe will challenge you and help you push your limits with resistance training. She will help you sculpt your body and leave no muscle group un-worked by the end of the week. Whether you are just starting out or you have been lifting your whole life you will build a better body with Chloe!
Frank’s Strength Plus
Tue/Thu 4:30pm – 5:30pm: with Frank
Frank will lead you through a total body strengthening program that will help build up lagging muscles by teaching proper exercise form and techniques. The “Plus” is an additional focus on cardio conditioning that will help in weight loss and greater endurance!
Devon’s Strength Camp
Tue/Thu 6:00pm – 7:00pm: with Devon
Lose body fat and increase lean muscle all while getting stronger. You’ll learn new ways to do all of this in a challenging yet fun environment. Devon’s strength camp will teach you proper form of exercises incorporating strength and power movements as well as plyometric and metabolic conditioning.
