Kettle Bell / TRX with Jasmin Lepir

Mon 5:30am – 6:30am
Mon 6:30am – 7:30am

Come learn the basics of Kettlebell and TRX training and take your fitness to the next level!


WLC with Jasmin Lepir

Mon/Wed 5:00pm – 6:00pm

The Integrated Fitness Weight Loss Challenge is a 10-week exercise and nutrition education program with the main objective being weight loss. In addition to weight loss, there will be other physical and fitness measurements taken to assess each participant’s progress. Each participant will be grouped into teams to compete together. There are a multitude of awards given at the end of the program for participants who stay consistent throughout the program, but the most coveted are the Team award and overall ‘Weight Loss Challenge Award’. The team with the greatest percentage of change (weight, body fat, inches lost) wins. The individual award is given to the one person who loses the most weight, body fat and inches and makes the greatest improvements on their physical conditioning. There are two weekly workouts as a group and nutrition education provided to each member throughout the program. Program Length: 10 weeks for 1 hour, Weekly frequency: 2x


Jon’s Peak Physique Development with Jon Arnold

Mon/Wed 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Fri 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Have you been really wanting to reshape your body? This class is perfect for those who want to truly take their strength and fitness to their peak! Join Jon and Devon in this 3 times per week class series that will take you from fat to fit or dud to stud! This class is great for the intermediate and advanced trainee.


Strength Training for Runners with Jasmin Lepir

Mon/Wed 6:30pm – 7:00pm

A 30 minute strength training class for advanced runners. We will meet two times a week to focus on strength training which will benefit your running.

Tues/Thurs 5:30am – 6:30am

Chloe’s Sculpt & Strength

Tues/Thurs 8:00am – 9:00am

Chloe will challenge you and help you push your limits with resistance training. She will help you sculpt your body and leave no muscle group un-worked by the end of the week. Whether you are just starting out or you have been lifting your whole life you will build a better body with Chloe!


Frank’s Strength Plus

Tues/Thurs 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Frank will lead you through a total body strengthening program that will help build up lagging muscles by teaching proper exercise form and techniques. The “Plus” is an additional focus on cardio conditioning that will help in weight loss and greater endurance!

Devon’s Strength Camp

Tues/Thurs 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Lose body fat and increase lean muscle all while getting stronger. You’ll learn new ways to do all of this in a challenging yet fun environment. Devon’s strength camp will teach you proper form of exercises incorporating strength and power movements as well as plyometric and metabolic conditioning.

Earyl AM Strength with Heather

Wed 5:30am – 6:30am

RISE AND SHINE! Do you like getting up early to workout? If you don’t, but you know this is the best time for you to workout, then this class is the perfect workout opportunity for you! Join Heather as she takes you through a total body strengthening session each week. You will completely reshape yourself by following through with her workout plan. Come build more muscle and enhance your metabolism all before the sun is up!
