I am a 2012 graduate from UNH, where I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Nutrition. I am an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as an NSCA-CPT. Upon graduating I completed internships with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, World Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO as well as an Olympic Strength and Conditioning internship at the University of Michigan. I have a passion for Sports, Athletics, Fitness and just about anything that can be turned into a competition! I have played International Field Hockey, been a member of a World Championship Softball team, competed in Bodybuilding as a Figure Competitor – as I said, I love anything competitive. I specialize in Strength and Conditioning not only for athletes, but for anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness level. Being a member in the US Air Force, both active duty and now as a member of the New Hampshire Air National Guard, I spearhead the Fitness Improvement Program after having worked with the Tactical Strength and Conditioning team at the NSCA Headquarters. I love the outdoors, the sun and the water- and any exhilarating activity that involves all of them together! Whether you’re looking to improve your Strength or your general fitness, improve your health and well-being, lose weight, learn more about Nutrition or even fine tune your Olympic Lifting techniques, I have the experience to help you reach your full potential!
